Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. They will provide you with a return authorization number and return shipping address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email to notify you that we've received your returned item. We'll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
